Willys was a brand name used by Willys–Overland Motors, an American automobile company best known for its design and production of military Jeeps (MBs) and civilian versions (CJs) during the 20th century.
Willys had a slow and weak clutch which makes it consume more petrol, and the gear was unsynchronized, according to a anonymous review at carsurvey.org
"Willys Nederlandse Kaiser Fabriek 2.2 from Netherlands. I learned how to drive a stick on a 1955 Willy's Pickup. The un-sync meshed first was a pain, but I learned to double-clutch because of it. That gearbox was nearly indestructible, but not that clutch. It was slow and was very thirsty."

If someone calls out, guess what, you have to come in, so forget about having any time for yourself or your family. The only people who apply seem to be high school kids, or folks who cant find work any place else. The pay is lower than other restaurants , but higher than minimum wage... it's not worth the stress, or headaches"

Prep (Former Employee) says"I worked there for 6 months before quitting all together. Training was rushed, most employees are rude, and the workload before opening was entirely too much to do alone. The turnover rate at this particular store is very high (this includes management). The best workers were fired due to very minute and confusing reasons that are beyond their control, while the poor workers were strung along because of their longevity. Others would either quit, or just stop showing up to work. Management is very condescending and rude at times. Directions are never clear. Unless you request a weekend or two off, you don't get weekends off. They'll hold you over your scheduled shift to do other's work. If you like breaks, then this is not the job for you. If you can't get your prep done before 11 a.m, then you won't be able to eat. They don't care about your well being. There's no such thing as a personal life nor a time to breathe at this place. I don't know how it is now because it's been a little over a month since I've worked there, but I just know from my experience, it was horrible. It's a great job if you're not working their full-time; maybe weekends. Other than that, don't work here.Free lunch, 50% meals off the clockLittle to no breaks, rude staff."
Team Member (Former Employee) says"For the location I was at, (Marietta) the assistant manager made me work every single weekends and all night shifts cause she said I was slow but I had a condition with my hand that I developed while I was there and she didn't care. They verbally told me when I work faster I could have some weekends off. They didn't pay me what was discussed."
