Willys () was a brand name used by Willys–Overland Motors, an American automobile company best known for its design and production of military Jeeps (MBs) and civilian versions (CJs) during the 20th century.

"Just run away from store 16 if you apply . You have to beg for raises . You can only get one if you do the manager or you have to kiss they butt . Other people coming in making more money than you ."

"The GM is just obsessed with girls, the two shift leads are all over the place and can’t do their job. No one recieves proper training so no Health codes are being inforced.Its just teenagers running that place and it’s their first job.NoneEverything"

"Absolutely terrible place to be as a manager. You're always "on the clock". If someone calls out, guess what, you have to come in, so forget about having any time for yourself or your family. The only people who apply seem to be high school kids, or folks who cant find work any place else. The pay is lower than other restaurants , but higher than minimum wage... it's not worth the stress, or headaches"

"Not enough staff or labor allocated to serve guest properly. The focus is on guest review . All requirements are expected to.be performed by General Manager with only shift leaders. Not enough respect for the responsibility.They say family organization but only for some."

"I worked there for 6 months before quitting all together. Training was rushed, most employees are rude, and the workload before opening was entirely too much to do alone. The turnover rate at this particular store is very high (this includes management). The best workers were fired due to very minute and confusing reasons that are beyond their control, while the poor workers were strung along because of their longevity. Others would either quit, or just stop showing up to work. Management is very condescending and rude at times. Directions are never clear. Unless you request a weekend or two off, you don't get weekends off. They'll hold you over your scheduled shift to do other's work. If you like breaks, then this is not the job for you. If you can't get your prep done before 11 a.m, then you won't be able to eat. They don't care about your well being. There's no such thing as a personal life nor a time to breathe at this place. I don't know how it is now because it's been a little over a month since I've worked there, but I just know from my experience, it was horrible. It's a great job if you're not working their full-time; maybe weekends. Other than that, don't work here.Free lunch, 50% meals off the clockLittle to no breaks, rude staff."

"For the location I was at, (Marietta) the assistant manager made me work every single weekends and all night shifts cause she said I was slow but I had a condition with my hand that I developed while I was there and she didn't care. They verbally told me when I work faster I could have some weekends off. They didn't pay me what was discussed."
