Cashier (Current Employee) says

"Just run away from store 16 if you apply . You have to beg for raises . You can only get one if you do the manager or you have to kiss they butt . Other people coming in making more money than you ."

Team member (Former Employee) says

"The GM is just obsessed with girls, the two shift leads are all over the place and can’t do their job. No one recieves proper training so no Health codes are being inforced. Its just teenagers running that place and it’s their first job.NoneEverything"

Asst. Store Manager (Former Employee) says

"They suck the life out of both regular staff and the management team they tell you that you will never work more than 5 days in a row but there are plenty of times that they have had me work 10 plus days in a row!!!"

Manager (Former Employee) says

"Absolutely terrible place to be as a manager. You're always "on the clock". If someone calls out, guess what, you have to come in, so forget about having any time for yourself or your family. The only people who apply seem to be high school kids, or folks who cant find work any place else. The pay is lower than other restaurants , but higher than minimum wage... it's not worth the stress, or headaches"

Crew Member (Current Employee) says

"Costumers are kind and respectful here, unlike the management. Most shifts are fairly chaotic and unorganized, especially on extra cleaning or busy days."

Prep Cook (Former Employee) says

"Poor Management, poor food quality, doesn't go by company guidelines, they treat Blacks different from the Other worker's, I worked for them for 4years.Free lunchShort breaks"

Manager (Former Employee) says

"This is the worst place I have ever worked they can't keep managers and the managers they have don't really care about the job either on drugs or drunks. They are very unprofessional. The pay sucks for the work they want you to do so if you really just need a job and you have no other options then apply here but good luck to you. If I could give no stars I would.Free foodCant keep staff, very unprofessional, work crazy hours close then open."

Catering Associate (Current Employee) says

"workplace very unorganized. managers doesn't do their job. coworkers will flirt and touch you on premises. managers wont give you transfers if you need it.free foodunorganized, managers don''t do their and they ignore you when you ask for things such as transfers, coworkers flirts and touch on others."

Team Member / Cashier (Former Employee) says

"Provided great customer service; prepared food for daily orders; received payments by cash, check card, and gift card; issued receipts; greeted customers entering the establishment; maintained clean and orderly checkout area"

Concerned Leader (Current Employee) says

"Poor leadership drives poor results. You built this brand and it’s being mismanaged by leaders like JC and lack of accountability to safety & respect."

Cook (Current Employee) says

"I love willys mexican restaurant and in the environment love meeting new people this just is aye good paying job the manager or very great customer are very niceFree food15 min breaks"

Shift Manager (Current Employee) says

"Things will never organize certain people was late certain things wouldn't be as cleanable certain things was just already unorganized manager wise was unorganized as well as the store."

General Manager (Former Employee) says

"Not enough staff or labor allocated to serve guest properly. The focus is on guest review . All requirements are expected to.be performed by General Manager with only shift leaders. Not enough respect for the responsibility. They say family organization but only for some."

Prep (Former Employee) says

"I worked there for 6 months before quitting all together. Training was rushed, most employees are rude, and the workload before opening was entirely too much to do alone. The turnover rate at this particular store is very high (this includes management). The best workers were fired due to very minute and confusing reasons that are beyond their control, while the poor workers were strung along because of their longevity. Others would either quit, or just stop showing up to work. Management is very condescending and rude at times. Directions are never clear. Unless you request a weekend or two off, you don't get weekends off. They'll hold you over your scheduled shift to do other's work. If you like breaks, then this is not the job for you. If you can't get your prep done before 11 a.m, then you won't be able to eat. They don't care about your well being. There's no such thing as a personal life nor a time to breathe at this place. I don't know how it is now because it's been a little over a month since I've worked there, but I just know from my experience, it was horrible. It's a great job if you're not working their full-time; maybe weekends. Other than that, don't work here.Free lunch, 50% meals off the clockLittle to no breaks, rude staff."

Team Member (Former Employee) says

"For the location I was at, (Marietta) the assistant manager made me work every single weekends and all night shifts cause she said I was slow but I had a condition with my hand that I developed while I was there and she didn't care. They verbally told me when I work faster I could have some weekends off. They didn't pay me what was discussed."

Cook/Prep (Former Employee) says

"Easy to learn how to make food, and easy to adapt to the work environment. The co-workers were very helpful, but management was lacking with helping the new employees.Free LunchNot enough hours"

Cashier (Former Employee) says

"I enjoyed working with this company. Management was great . My coworkers were friendly. It was a great experience and I would most definitely work with them again .Great managementAlot of people didnt come to work."

cooking (Former Employee) says

"My manager was favoritism and she did me wrong I came to work every day if he fired me for being late one day so that is messed up but I'm looking for another job"

Team Member (Former Employee) says

"I worked as a grill cook at Willy's for a summer. It was enjoyable for the time I was there. Working the afternoon shift, it was very slow. I moved on after the summer to finish my degree."
